How Does Employee Performance Increase Tourist Visits?

It is difficult to demand employee productivity, especially when Covid-19 limits social interaction. Continuous extra attention needed so that performance gets optimal evidence. By focusing on leadership styles, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction, this study attempts select how these three factors transmit the of ‘Resort X’ employees in Anambas (Province Riau Islands, Indonesia). The sample involves entire population be asked for information related relevant questions about variables through census techniques. After questionnaires distributed collected, data validation applied using multiple linear regression methods IBM SPSS. Effects simultaneously partially describe style, satisfaction play a significant role performance. Despite disruption caused by global pandemic, it did not change productivity promoting attracting tourist visits. Tourist destinations need adapt strive recovery resources.
